INFORMATION WE COLLECT2.1 Health Data and Audio RecordingThe App utilizes the device's microphone solely for the purpose of detecting and analyzing snoring patterns during sleep. In connection with this functionality, the App may access, record, and process the following categories of data:* Audio recordings captured via the device's microphone during active sleep sessions
* Sleep-related health data derived from the analysis of said audio recordings, including but not limited to snoring frequency, duration, and intensity
* Ambient noise levels, expressed as integer decibel values per second and per-minute aggregatesLocal Processing and Storage. All audio recordings are processed exclusively on the User's local device using on-device machine learning models. Raw audio data is discarded immediately after processing unless the User has explicitly enabled the Snore Clips feature. When Snore Clips is enabled, approximately 10-second WAV audio segments around each detected snoring event are saved to app-private storage on the device. Ambient noise data is stored as aggregated numeric values only; raw audio is never retained.The App does not transmit, upload, share, or otherwise disclose any audio recordings or health-related data to external servers, third parties, cloud storage services, or the Company's developers.No Third-Party Access. The Company and any affiliated entities do not have access to, and do not collect, any audio recordings or health data generated through the use of the App.Data Retention. All health and audio data remains solely under the User's control. The User may delete any stored data at any time through the App's settings or by uninstalling the App from their device.Purpose Limitation. Audio data accessed by the App is used exclusively for the purpose of snoring detection and sleep quality analysis and shall not be used for any other purpose, including advertising, profiling, or any form of behavioral tracking.2.2 Ambient Light DataThe App uses the device's front-facing camera to capture ambient light level samples (approximately every 20 seconds during an active session) for the purpose of sleep environment analysis. Raw camera frames are dropped immediately after brightness measurement and are never written to disk or transmitted. Only a single integer brightness value (0-100 scale) per sample and per-minute aggregates are stored locally on the device.2.3 Sleep Session DataThe App records the start time, end time, and duration of each sleep session initiated by the User. This data is stored locally on the device. If the User enables Health Connect synchronization, a SleepSessionRecord may optionally be written to Android Health Connect solely at the User's discretion and under the User's control.2.4 User Preferences and SettingsThe App stores the following user preferences locally on the device:* Bedtime reminder time and on/off status
* Snore Clips feature on/off status
* Health Connect synchronization on/off status
* Onboarding completion statusThese preferences are not transmitted to external servers.2.5 Analytics DataThe App uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized, aggregated usage data. This data consists solely of parameter-less event names (e.g., session start, session stop) and does not include the content of any user interactions, health data, audio data, or personally identifiable information. Firebase Analytics may automatically associate a per-event timestamp with each event. This data is used exclusively to improve App performance and user experience.The App also uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostics, which may include device model, operating system version, and technical error logs. This information is used solely for identifying and resolving technical issues.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------3. Audio is processed on-device and raw recordings are discarded immediately after analysis, unless the Snore Clips feature is enabled by the User.The App uses the device front-facing camera to measure ambient light levels during sleep sessions. Raw camera frames are dropped immediately after brightness measurement and are never stored or transmitted.You are responsible for ensuring the App is used in appropriate environments and for managing the Snore Clips feature according to your privacy preferences.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------7. HEALTH CONNECT INTEGRATIONThe App offers optional integration with Android Health Connect. This feature is disabled by default and may only be activated by the User.
